Contacting Legislative Representatives

I had to do some research to find contact information for my representatives, and didn't even know where to start. So, here's what I found out. If you don't know who your representatives are in U.S. Congress and the Senate, there's a nifty website for you to do it by zip code. Congress requires the 4 digit extension on your zip code, which you can probably find on recent mail:

http://www.house.gov/Welcome.shtml

Remember, there are also State Senate and Assembly members:

http://www.legislature.ca.gov/legislators_and_districts/legislators/your_legislator.html

If you are super phobic about the telephone, many have the option to e-mail.
